Rhombus Consulting is a firm specializing in Project Management and Advisory Services for identifying and implementing technology solutions that result in solid, quantifiable process improvement and benefit.  We have a particular focus on clients in the life sciences industries located in the greater Philadelphia region.

Why The Name Rhombus

We’re often asked why the name “Rhombus” – our approach to providing consulting services is a balanced approach of four offerings:

e-Business Strategy: to insure that the technology goals and objectives are aligned with their business strategy

Technology Analysis: to determine the best technology solution is developed and/or selected based on the requirements of the organization and the company

Process Improvement: to further leverage technology into quantifiable benefits for your customers and your organization

Project Management: to properly plan and execute the various components of a technology initiative to be successful

The four equal and balanced sides of a rhombus is much like our approach to our clients technology challenges.

Furthermore, our approach to client service is slightly different than that of other consulting firms.  We offer Big 4 caliber delivery with a hand-on approach.  As a result, we believe we approach our client’s technology challenges from “a slightly different angle” – just like a rhombus.
